VRI*ety™ Exchange
  1. To be eligible for exchange you must be an owner/member at a VRI-managed resort or Multi Resort Ownership Plan (MROP).
  2. Before you can exchange you must first deposit your fixed week or confirmed reservation at a VRI resort or club. Deposits may be made up to 2 years in advance, but no later than 28 days in advance of the reservation date for Continental U.S. destinations and 49 days in advance for International and Hawaii resorts.
  3. A credit card is required at the time of request, but not charged until the request is filled.
  4. Deposited weeks expire two years after the start date of the reservation.
  5. Exchanges are arranged on a space available basis and VRI cannot guarantee fulfillment of specific week, resort, unit size or unit number requests.
  6. Exchange fees are assessed on a per week basis once VRI has completed an acceptable exchange. All exchanges are final, non-changeable and non-refundable.
  7. Unit and season upgrades allowed subject to payment of applicable upgrade fee, based on availability. Standard season upgrade fee is $100; Unit size upgrade fees depend upon membership type and upgrade levels and range from $25 to $400 with standard one level upgrade averaging $200; all fees subject to change without notice.
  8. Members may split their exchange week into one three-night and one four-night stay (only one weekend stay permitted). A one-time $59 service fee is required with payment of applicable trade fee and pro-rated upgrade fees when the first reservation is confirmed. Pro-rated upgrade fees will be collected on second split week reservation if applicable.
  9. Terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. All effort was made to compile accurate information. VRI assumes no responsibility for errors or omission of data herein.
  10. Additional terms and conditions may apply to reservations, purchases of goods and services and other uses of portions of this Website, and you agree to abide by all other applicable terms and conditions including, but not limited to, paying all amounts owed on a timely basis and complying with all rules and restrictions regarding availability of products, programs or services. We are only responsible for written representations that we make on this Website and are not responsible for any representations made by any other person or entity. Information about resorts and other accommodations available hereunder is based on information obtained from such resorts and/or providers of such accommodations. We expressly disclaim liability for inaccurate, incomplete or misleading information concerning any resort or provider of accommodations. Confirmations issued hereunder are valid only if issued by us. Upon receipt, please check all the details in the Confirmation and notify us immediately if anything is incorrect, as changes to any aspect of the Confirmation may be treated as a cancellation. The total number of people occupying any accommodation(s) must not exceed the maximum occupancy of the particular accommodation(s) set forth in the Confirmation; otherwise, access may be refused or the applicable resort or provider of the accommodations may levy an additional charge. You are responsible for payment of any applicable taxes, gratuities, personal expenses, utility charges, security deposits and other fees or charges levied by a resort and/or provider of accommodations for the use of amenities and facilities. You and your guests must occupy and use any accommodations in a responsible, careful and secure manner. You are responsible for any acts and omissions which result in any damage, theft or loss caused by you or your guests while using the accommodations. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to confirm a vacation on this Website. In some instances, the minimum age to make a reservation may be higher where required by a resort or other provider of accommodations. Any complaints about the accommodations or services provided at a resort should be made at the earliest opportunity to a person in authority at the resort and to us. A Confirmation may not be used for any commercial purpose, including rental or sale of the accommodation(s) which is/are represented by such Confirmation. A Confirmation may only be used by the person whose name(s) appears on the Confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel your Confirmation if payment for any accommodation(s) is/are rejected by your bank or credit card company. In the event that a resort or other accommodation becomes uninhabitable due to a natural disaster, we will not be liable for any resulting cancellations and no refund of any amounts paid by you will be made. If the accommodations which you confirmed become unavailable due to natural disaster, act of God, civil unrest or any other reason beyond our control, you waive any and all claims against us. We will have no liability to you for any loss, injury or damage which may occur while you stay at resort or other accommodation confirmed by you through VRI or as a result of any third party. Our liability for any loss, injury or damage incurred by you as a result of any action or failure to act on our part, will be limited to consideration paid by you for the accommodation provided by or through VRI, and in no event will we be liable for special, consequential or punitive damages. This limitation of liability shall also apply to all affiliated companies, servants and agents of VRI. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and us with respect to this Website and your use of this Website. As such, these Terms and Conditions (as modified by us, from time to time) will be deemed to supersede any prior or future communications, whether electronic, oral or written, between us. A printed version of these Terms and Conditions given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings to the same extent, and subject to, the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form. All accommodations confirmed are on an "As Is And with All Faults" basis. We hereby expressly disclaim all warranties relating to any accommodations purchased hereunder, express or implied, statutory or otherwise, including, without limitation, any and all warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

    International Travel
    Although most travel, including travel to international destinations, is completed without incident, travel to certain destinations may involve greater risk than others. VRI urges passengers to review travel prohibitions, warnings, announcements and advisories issued by the United States Government prior to booking travel to international destinations. Information on conditions in various countries and the level of risk associated with travel to particular international destinations can be found at www.state.gov, www.tsa.gov, www.dot.gov, www.faa.gov, www.cdc.gov, www.treas.gov/ofac, www.customs.gov and http://www.voyage.gc.ca/index-eng.asp

Hot Deals Condo Rentals
  1. All Hot Deals reservations are non-changeable and non-refundable. Travel protection available.
  2. The 25% discount is only applicable for reservations made within 60 days of travel, and is not combinable with other offers or program benefits.
  3. A written confirmation will be sent to you along with significant resort information. You are responsible for printing your confirmation for Hot Deals reservations made online. This confirmation must be presented upon arrival at the resort.
  4. If you do not contact VRI or your confirmed resort at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date to advise of a late arrival or no-show, your reservation may be canceled 24 hours after your scheduled arrival. You will not be relieved of any fees as a result of your failure to check-in or notify the resort by this deadline.
  5. You are responsible for the payment of any expenses incurred, e.g., additional fees for the use of certain amenities and facilities, as well as damages caused by you or your guests while staying in your unit, and for the replacement of any missing items. These fees are collected at the resort. Guests are also responsible for any such personal charges, damage deposits, transient occupancy taxes, phone calls, etc.
  6. VRI’s liability for any loss or damage arising out of the use of the VRI program is limited to the fees paid by you. VRI assumes no liability for acts of God or other unforeseen events which may limit its ability to provide any of the programs described herein.
